SU - Messages from Pupils and Staff
Job 5:18 For though he wounds, he also bandages. He strikes, but his hands also heal.
SU has really grown this year! So many new people have come. Hope it keeps increasing!
Rachel and Sarah (Year 10)
Luke 6:27-28 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.”
SU has been brilliant this year, and we have found the prayer meeting very beneficial.
Hannah and Leah (Year 10)
Psalm 100:2 “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs”
This is our first year attending SU and we enjoy the fellowship, teachings and events-dinner and trips! We would encourage other pupils to come and hear the word.
Hannah, Nicole, Annie, Rebecca, Joanne (Year 8)
It is great to be able to meet with other young Christians and be able to hear a message and pray with people our own age.
Ethan and Walter (Year 10)
Emma, Hannah, Sophie (Year 8)
SU has really helped me in my Christian walk. I have made some new friends and had some craic!
Emma (Year 8)
SU is a great opportunity to listen to the Word of God and apply it to our young Christian lives.
Rebecca (Year 8)
SU has really helped me develop as a Christian. I have really enjoyed SU this year and want to go back next year.
Sophie (Year 8)
The SU prayer meeting has really challenged us all and encouraged us to bring friends along and to bring forth things in prayer that we wouldn’t talk about in normal conversation.
Mark, Harvey and Craig (Year 10)
1 Peter 5:7 God cares for everyone no matter how big or small. SU shows how much God cares through the Bible and encourages us to pray to God and boosts our faith!
Lois Cuddy (Year 10)
Romans 8:34-39 Nothing can separate us from the love of God, no matter what. SU brings Christians together and helps us encourage one another and helps us stand together.
Jenny Crozier (Year 10)
SU is very enjoyable and worthwhile. Each Tuesday has brought a new message and challenge or game! The prayer time on Thursday break-times has grown in numbers and pupils always show a real interest (not forgetting all the lovely buns that have been eaten in Room 34!). Everyone is welcome to come along to SU! John 5 v. 24

We are so encouraged every time we meet with these pupils. We as a Scripture Union body within the school value the prayers of all parents, past SU members and those who may read this report.
